Kosovo Assembly passes amendments for setup of special court

TANJUG_maliPRISTINA – Kosovo’s parliament passed constitutional amendments on Monday afternoon that would enable the establishment of a special court for war crimes of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Eighty-eight MPs were present out of the total of 120 MPs. The adopted amendments clear the way for the Kosovo government to send to the parliament two more bills concerning the special court.
