TANJUG_maliBRUSSELS – European Commission (EC) spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic said Tuesday that the content of Chapter 35 of accession negotiations with Serbia would be decided by EU member-countries and the EC had already had their part of the job done.

The EC has submitted a draft platform and recommendation to open the chapter to the EU member-states and it now rests with the member-states to make changes and decide about opening the chapters, Kocijancic told reporters in Brussels.

Kocijancic, who speaks on behalf of EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, said that the document drawn up by the EC contained an overview of what had been agreed during the Brussels-based dialogue consists, what had been implemented and what remained to be done.
