BRUSSELS – The Council of the European Union announced on Tuesday that it has decided to extend the EU rule of law mission in Kosovo – EULEX – by June 14, 2018.
The Council also approved a combined EUR 63.6 million budget for the Mission for the period from June 15 to December 14, 2016 for operations in Kosovo and until June 14, 2017 for the work of the offices of special prosecutors and special chambers, a statement said.
