Serbian government recalls ambassador to EU

TANJUG_maliBELGRADE – The Serbian government has recalled Ambassador Duško Lopandić, the head of its Permanent Mission to the European Union in Brussels, sources in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed to Tanjug on Tuesday.Lopandić was recalled after failing to act regarding an exhibition on Croatian Cardinal Aloysius Stepinać in the European Parliament.

He will be replaced by Ana Hrustanović, the current Serbian ambassador in Rome.
