TANJUG_maliBRUSSELS – The European Commission (EC) has said the issue of property in Kosovo must be resolved in a transparent process involving all communities, Tanjug reports.
EC spokesperson Maja Kocijancic said property issues were sensitive and that, as such, they must be resolved in a transparent way, with participation of all communities concerned.

All communities interested must be prepared to engage in such an open, inclusive process, she said.

Kocijancic was responding to a Tanjug question about the Kosovo government’s decision to register all real estate property of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Serbia and the Autonomous Province of Kosovo as property of Kosovo.
