SARAJEVO – Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić talked in Sarajevo with Director General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Christian Danielsson and European External Affairs Service (EEAS) Director for Western Europe, Balkans and Turkey Angelina Eichhorst.
Chairman Zvizdić informed the visitors of the current political developments in BIH. He noted the importance the exercise of preparing answers to the European Commission Questionnaire had for the European integrations process in BIH, not only as a part of drafting process of the European Commission opinion on the BIH membership application, but also for the effect it made both in terms of improving the process of BIH integrations to the European Union and in promoting the whole BH society in the administrative, legal, political and economic terms.
Chairman Zvizdić informed Director Danielsson of the level of implementation of the Reform Agenda measures. He said that over 70 per cent of measures, part of responsibility of the BIH Council of Ministers, were fully implemented, and that the future period of time will be committed to finalisation of the Reform Agenda aims. He emphasised that the future key aims of the BIH Council of Ministers activities will be the European and NATO integration, including strengthening of rule of law, which is of a particular importance for continuation of reforms.
The meeting was attended by Head of the EU Delegation in BIH and Special Representative of the European Union in BIH Lars-Gunnar Wigemark.
