ATHENS – Greek media outlet Ekathimerini reports that the name agreement between Macedonia and Greece will most probably be signed on Sunday on the northern shore of lake Prespa, on the Macedonian side of the Macedonian-Greek border.
The two governments have previously announced that they have reached the agreement over the name issue, with “North Macedonia” being the agreed name for the northern neighbour.
The agreement will require parliamentary ratification in both countries and will be subject to a referendum on constitutional amendments in Macedonia.
