The year of 2025 was designated an (optimistic) accession date for Serbia and Montenegro within the European Commission’s Western Balkans Strategy. European Western Balkans asked Belgrade Security Forum 2018 panelists whether they believe that 2025 is a realistic accession date for any of the Western Balkan countries.
