BRUSSELS – EU heads of state and governemnt will gather today in Brussels for a two-day meeting of the European Council. One of the topics on their agenda will be the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Tanjug reports.

The inclusion of the issue has been initiated by Cyprus. However, no official conclusions are expected to be made.

Furthermore, every issue will be overshadowed by the recent developments concerning Brexit negotiations and the ratification of the agreement.

According to Tanjug, the tariffs imposed by Kosovo authorities “complicate the situation, do not contribute to the solution of the problems nor the wishes of the Kosovo people, and violate their CEFTA agreement responsibilities.
