NATO leadership to visit North Macedonia in June

SKOPJE – The North Atlantic Council, the highest political body of NATO will visit North Macedonia in June, META reports. It brings together representatives of each member country to discuss policy or operational questions requiring collective decisions, providing a forum for wide-ranging consultation between members on all issues affecting their peace and security. The Military Committee that will visit Macedonia is an organ that gives military advice and serves as a connection of the North Atlantic with the two strategic commands of NATO – the Supreme Commander of the allied forces for Europe and the Supreme Commander of the allied forces for transformation.
