EU to begin opening external borders in July

BRUSSELS – European Union will begin opening its borders with non-members in July, following the removal of all internal barriers. This was announced today by the European Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johansson. She explained that the majority of the EU members will open their mutual borders by 15 June, while some of them will require longer to do so, Radio Free Europe reports.
