TIRANA – The Technical Assistance Project for European Programmes in Albania in conjunction with the Ministry of European Integration and Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth, kicked off on Thursday the two-day training ‘Erasmus Programme+: Capacity building in the field of youth’, ATA news agency reported. It is focused on capacity building of civil society organizations and training of their staffs on how to apply for funding.
Minister of European Integration Klajda Gjosha hailed this initiative stressing the importance of youths’ commitment to the process of integration and participation in EU programmes. These programmes, according to minister, are a great opportunity for them and European future.
Minister of European Integration stressed that to push ahead with integration process of the country, all stakeholders should come together in order for their contributions to translate in tangible results, ATA reported.
Director of Technical Assistance Project for European Programmes in Albania, Sotiraq Guga, after making an overview of the programmes Albania is involved in, put the emphasis on greater mobilization for absorption of EU funding, a goal within the scope of trainings for each programme.
