SHKODER – Enforcement of Vetting law is a pre-condition for the opening of accession negotiations with EU, the chief of Albanian diplomacy Ditmir Bushati declared from Shkodra, where he joined the initiative of civil society for collecting the signatures on a petition pro the vetting process, ATA reports.
Bushati said that one day ago in Tirana, Mogherini made this key condition clear. “I decided to sign the petition for vetting as a turning point not only in reformation of the justice system but also as an opportunity to purge the public life in Albania, he said.

“Many of you ask why ministers and lawmakers rush to sign the petition. The EU High Representative Federica Mogherini made it clear yesterday that the vetting is an inherent condition for the reform and building a democratic society as well as a pre-requisite for the opening of accession negotiations,” Bushati said.
