Andrea Lorenzo Capussela led the economics unit of Kosovo’s international supervisor, the International Civilian Office, advised Moldova’s economy minister on the EU’s behalf, and wrote State-Building in Kosovo: Democracy, Corruption and the EU in the Balkans (Bloomsbury-IBTauris, 2015), The Political Economy of Italy’s Decline (Oxford University Press, 2018), and Declino.
