Florian Bieber

Professor of Southeast European History and Politics and Jean Monnet Chair for the Europeanization of Southeastern Europe at the University of Graz. Bieber is also coordinator of the Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group (BiEPAG). He recently published The Rise of Authoritarianism in the Western Balkans (Palgrave, 2020).
