PRISTINA – EU Commissioner for Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said on Thursday, ahead of the vote on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with Pristina at the European Parliament, that the further dialogue with Belgrade is Kosovo’s obligation, the Kosova sot daily reported.
Hahn said that under the SAA, Pristina should expand regional cooperation, and achieve a stable improvement in relations with Belgrade, adds the daily.
This agreement is the fundamental principle for improvement in relations between Belgrade and Pristina, he said.
