Samuel Žbogar to be appointed as the EU Ambassador to Macedonia

SKOPJE – Samuel Žbogar, Slovenian diplomat who is currently serving as the Head of the EU Office is Kosovo, is set to assume the position of the EU Ambassador to Macedonia, starting from September.

According to the Macedonian media, Žbogar will replace Ambassador Aivo Orav, who is set to be delegated as the EU Ambassador to Montenegro.

Samuel Žbogar is a Slovenian diplomat who has previously served as the Slovenian ambassador to USA and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia.
