TIRANA – Parliamentary Committees of Law and Integration ratified on 30 January the memorandum of understanding between the Albanian side and EU, on participation in the EU justice programme, ATA news agency reported.
Vice Minister of Justice Eridian Salianji, defending the government act before the committee of integration said that its targets are judicial cooperation in civil and criminal cases, encouraging a common judicial culture of the European law, effective approach to justice, ATA reported.
