Balkans’ EU Integration – Kosovo Summit on enlargement prospects

ata_maliTIRANA – European Union’s enlargement prospect and strengthening of cooperation among the Balkan countries on the path to integration in international organizations is the highlight of the four-day Summit of European and Regional Foreign Parliamentary Committees, hosted by the Assembly of Kosovo, February 19-22, in Pristina, Albanian news agency ATA reports.

According to a press release issued by the Assembly, the European Member of Parliament, Tanja Fajon, Foreign Policy expert of Western Balkan, Denis MacShane, Chairman of Foreign Committee of the Czech Republic, Karel Schwarzenberg and the Albanian Chairwoman of the Foreign Policy Committee, Arta Dade, were present at the Summit.
Other representatives of the European Parliament and parliaments of different European countries, heads of international and national institutions in Kosovo are part of the Summit as well.
