BELGRADE – The appeals court in Colmar, France, which is set to decide on April 6 on a Serbian extradition request for Ramush Haradinaj, will most likely postpone the decision until a further hearing, the court’s spokesperson Sandra di Rosa told Tanjug on Tuesday.
Thursday’s session will address the response of the Serbian Justice Ministry to queries from the court, Di Rosa explained.
When asked what could be expected from the session, she said the court’s investigative chamber would probably postpone the decision until a further hearing.
About two weeks ago, the Serbian Justice Ministry sent a response to additional questions from the court.
The answers were provided by the prosecutor’s office for war crimes, which is investigating Haradinaj – a former “Kosovo Liberation Army” commander – on suspicion of war crimes against civilians in Kosovo.
