ZAGREB – Montenegro’s full membership in NATO is good for collective security, said Croatian prime minister Andrej Plenković, CdM reports.
“Montenegro has become a member of NATO. It is a strategic change for collective security in southeast Europe,” said Plenković at the beginning of a cabinet meeting, agencies report.
Montenegro was officially admitted to NATO on 5 June and Montenegrin flag is hoisted in front of NATO headquarters in Brussels yesterday.
The South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) meeting will be held in Zagreb at the level of parliament speakers. Plenković announced he would meet Montenegrin parliament speaker Ivan Brajović.
