Legal regulations initiators’ preparation for next EU accession stage

SAREJVO – The Council of Ministers of BIH took a decision, upon a proposal of the Directorate for European Integrations, on the procedure of harmonisation of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s legislation with the EU acquis, with some suggestions received at the session.

The decision defines instruments for harmonisation of legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the acquis of the European Union, as well as obligations on Ministries and other BIH institutions, their managers and on the Directorate for European Integrations itself, in the process of harmonisation of BIH legislation with the EU acquis.

The new decision improves some earlier solutions and prepares initiators of legal regulations for further phases of the EU accession process of BIH.
