Marković, Eichhorst: Montenegro is committed to preservation of stability and continuation of integration

SARAJEVO – Montenegrin Prime Minister Duško Marković met Thursday with EEAS Director for Western Europe, Western Balkans and Turkey Angelina Eichhorst. Marković said that Montenegro is committed to preservation of stability and continuation of the integration process in order to provide a better quality of life of citizens, the Office of the Prime Minister stated.
At the meeting, held in Sarajevo on the margin of Western Balkan prime ministers’ meeting, PM Marković briefed Eichhorst about current political situation and Government’s efforts to tackle the problemme. He said that the boycott is not and cannot be the answer to problemmes, but that sustainable solutions must be found through active political dialogue.

Eichhorst agreed on this assessment and said that Montenegro is a leader in the European integration process in the Balkans and that the EU will continue to support its reform agenda, the office concluded.
