BELGRADE – Ana Brnabić’s future government, for which a parliamentary majority is now secure, will have two new ministries – for environment and European integration, Tanjug has learned.

The ministry of European integration will unify all existing bodies dealing with European integration, including the Office for European Integration, the negotiating team for the accession talks and the office of the minister without portfolio.

Unofficial sources told Tanjug the ministry would be headed by the current minister without portfolio for European integration, Jadranka Joksimović, who has been successfully in charge of integration affairs and the negotiating process.

With the Socialist Party of Serbia interested in the ministry of environment, City of Belgrade Secretary for Environment Goran Trivan has been mentioned the most frequently as a potential minister.
