CSM to be formed in accordance with Brussels Agreement

PRISTINA – Koha Ditore writes today, that the Community of Serb Municipalities (CSM) will be formed in accordance with the Brussels Agreement.

According to the statement, the Government of Kosovo adopted the program for the period 2017-2021. and one of the points is also the “establishment of the Association of Municipalities with a Serb majority”, which is the first time to publicly discuss the solution for this Community.

The program also includes the formation of armed forces, that is, the transformation of Kosovo Security Force into the armed forces, and the adoption of this document is expected, according to Koha, in November.

The government plans to increase the economic growth of between five and seven percent, to establish a national research bureau and start a new process of systematic implementation of a basic check.

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj stated that this program is not final and that it will be supplemented with proposals to be presented in the Assembly, but also to those proposed by other stakeholders, adding that its ministers will differ from previous ones in adhering to the program and adopting solutions.
