The UK ambassador to Kosovo Ruairí O’Connell stated that the UK have always made clear that the issue of demarcation is a bilateral issue between Kosovo and Montenegro.
“Schengen countries have been clear that two conditions remain for visa liberalization: the issue of demarcation, but also the issue of combating the organized crime,” said the UK ambassador to Kosovo.
