Meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs to be held in Brussels

Ministers of Foreign Affairs of NATO member states will have a meeting on December 5 – 6 in Brussels. In addition to the NATO member countries, Sweden and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini will participate in the discussion. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss among Allies the contributions of NATO to the security and stability of the Euro-Atlantic region as well as its response to the global security challenges, in the run-up to the 2018 NATO Summit. During the first day, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs will discuss issues concerning NATO-EU relations and global security challenges. This will be preceded by a working luncheon with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. At the working dinner, discussion will centre on Russia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
