BELGRADE – Johannes Hahn, European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement, will be in a day visit to Belgrade. On this occasion, he will meet with the highest officials of the Republic of Serbia. Also, Han will have an open discussion with the members of the National convention on the European Union on the topic “EU – Serbia: a strategic partnership for the future”. This visit can also be seen in the light of support from Brussels due to a new round of Belgrade-Pristina negotiations, since this year the European Commission will not publish a progress report on countries seeking to become members, but will do so in the spring of next year.
