BRUSSELS – European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijančič said Monday a new round of the Belgrade-Pristina technical dialogue, to take place from Tuesday through Thursday, would address the parts of the Brussels Agreement that have not yet been implemented.
“We expect constructive engagement from both sides and a result-oriented approach,” Kocijančič said ahead of the new round of technical discussions in the dialogue on normalisation of Belgrade-Pristina relations.
She said the chief negotiators of Belgrade and Pristina, Marko Đurić and Avni Arifi, had confirmed their readiness to attend a Brussels meeting of working groups this week and that meetings were scheduled for January 16-18.
“Full implementation of all agreements in the dialogue is significant for the progress of both Serbia and Kosovo on the path towards the EU,” Kocijančič said.
