Brussels weekly magazine POLITICO have declared Serbia as this week’s winner in its Up/Down column. The reason behind this decision is the statement of President of the European Commission who was visiting the Western Balkans this week. In one of his statements, Juncker said Serbia is “the most advanced country towards EU accession.”
