The Chairman of Albania’s Central Election Commission Klement Zguri received on Friday in Tirana an ODIHR delegation headed by Raul Muresan, Project Co-ordinator on “Support to Elections in Western Balkans”, Nicola Schmidt, senior consultant on elections and Alexey Gromov, consultant on elections. The meeting focused on the joint project of the EU-ODIHR on improvement of electoral system in the Western Balkan countries. This visit will serve to the delegation for assessing the situation and determining the place where Albania stands in regard to implementation of recommendations made for local and Parliamentary elections.
