PRISTINA – President of Kosovo’s Assembly Kadri Veseli said that Pristina is ready for the dialogue with Belgrade, but adding it will not accept any kind of the agreement which will violate the sovereignty of the state and its Constitution. He reiterated that he is against the borders’ change, pointing out that there will be no talks about teritory and sovereignty of Kosovo.” We are democracy, so every decision will be taken in the parliament by a two-thirds majority.
