The funds totaling around EUR 46.8 million, EUR 36.4 million of which come from donors and EUR 10.4 million from national co-financing, will help build 1,262 apartments, provide construction materials packages for 250 houses, and purchase 200 rural households.

Donation contracts are signed based on the Framework Agreement, concluded on October 25, 2013, between Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank, notes the release.
