BRUSSELS – President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen spoke on Tuesday with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the normalization of relations with Serbia. “I stressed the urgent need fro de-escalation and return to EU-facilitated dialogue on normalization of relations with Serbia”, Von der Leyen wrote on Twitter. She announced that she will speak with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić later today.
