According to the Republic Electoral Commission, the turnout by 10:00 is 19,7%. The turnout is highest in the northern province of Vojvodina at 23,62%, followed by Belgrade at 20,46%, the Southern and Eastern Serbia region at 17,4% and the Šumadija and Western Serbia region at 17,02%. REC President Vladimir Dimitrijević stated at a press conference that so far there have been no major irregularities.
