Dimitrov to EU ambassadors: We can be factor of success

SKOPJE – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Macedonia Nikola Dimitrov, at today’s meeting with the ambassadors of the member states of the European Union, reiterated Macedonia’s commitment to start accession negotiations with the EU and the need to pay attention to the EU integration process.

Dimitrov also informed about concrete reform activities in the judiciary, good governance, public administration and monitoring of communications, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

“We need to use every chance for progress. We will do everything to convince you that we can be a factor of success, for us, for the region and for the Union,” said Dimitrov.

According to the MFA, the ambassadors emphasized the importance of continuing the reforms and the necessity for Macedonia to focus on implementing the urgent reform goals.
