Course on Public Administration Reform and EU enlargement: Principles, challenges and best practices

From 29 January to 9 February 2018, the College of Europe Development Office implements a two-week training programme in Bruges and Brussels on “Public Administration Reform and EU Enlargement”. This programme takes place in the framework of the EU-funded project “EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans” (www.eu4wb6.com), a project implemented by the British Council. Thirty young civil servants will attend this course (five from each of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia). They will be able to test and apply the skills and knowledge gained from the programme, thanks to the interactive approach the course promotes, namely via practical sessions such as a negotiation exercise, study visits and workshops.
