Croatia reduces import fees

Ministry of Agriculture of Croatia reduced the import fees for fruit and vegetables imported from third countries with market standards from 270 euros to 12,6 euros.

Croatia agreed with neighbouring countries to completely normalize controls at the borders, starting from tomorrow.

The change of the fee came after the disapproval of the neighbouring countries which were affected by Croatia’s measures.

“With neighbouring states, it was agreed to fully normalise border controls by Friday,” said the ministry.
