Minister of European Integration Mr. Bekim Çollaku, also the chief negotiator for the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, has informed officially the European Union on Kosovo’s readiness to sign the Stabilization and Association Agreement.The internal procedures by the parties are being finalized and signing will take place next week, on 27 October 2015 in Strasbourg.
The signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement marks a turning point in Kosovo’s relations with the European Union. This is a historic moment for Kosovo, because Kosovo for the first time is establishing contractual relations with the European Union.
