BRUSSELS – Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and the EU’s foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini started talks in Brussels at around 5:30 pm Wednesday as part of the new round of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.Earlier today, Mogherini had separate meetings with the Serbian and Kosovo prime ministers at the European External Action Service (EEAS).
The main topic of the top-level talks, facilitated by Mogherini, should be the implementation of the agreement on the Community of Serb municipalities. The agenda should also include the overall political climate, rule of law, recent conviction of Oliver Ivanovic, license plates and air transport.
