BRUSSELS/BELGRADE – The Kosovo Security Force will not be transformed into a Kosovo army without consent of the representatives of ethnic minorities there, says NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, Tanjug reports.
It is very important that the transformation be carried out pursuant to all rules and the constitution, Stoltenberg told Belgrade’s Blic daily.
The formation of a Kosovo army must go through the parliamentary process, he added.
