meta_maliSKOPJE – The Albanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ditmir Bushati, who is visiting Washington, is denying that a “Tirana platform” exists and that Albania is interfering in Macedonia’s internal affairs, Meta reports.

Bushati, who was a guest at the “the German Marshall’s Fund” think-tank didn’t want to answer the question by the American experts what the statement issued by the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama for a unity of Kosovo and Albania meant, reports “The Macedonian Radio-Television.”

-It won’t be a precise description if we say that there is a Tirana platform. There is no Tirana platform. There is a platform by Albanian political parties that was discussed with Gruevski and Zaev. There was an agreement reached with Gruevski but was later rejected because of reasons that have nothing to do with Albania, Tirana or Prime Minister Edi Rama. We have never interfered in Macedonia’s domestic affairs and we are very careful when advising in a friendly manner – said Bushati
