Borrell to visit Pristina and Belgrade soon

BRUSSELS – Peter Stano, Spokesman of the new EU High Representative Josep Borell, said today that Kosovo will be among Borell’s top priorities during his five-year mandate, Tanjug reported.

Stano pointed out that Borell would soon visit Belgrade and Pristina.

“We will soon travel to Belgrade and Pristina and we will announce the date and details,” Stano said.

During the hearing, Borell said to European Parliament that the Balkans in general would be his priority.

„If we as Europeans can’t solve a problem in the immediate neighbourhood, then we can’t be a world power,“ Borell said.
