Dimitrov, Baily: New government is oriented towards reforms

meta_maliSKOPJE – Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov and US Ambassador in Macedonia Jess Baily, talked Tuesday about ways to further promote the bilateral relations between the Republic of Macedonia and USA, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Meta reports.

At the meeting, Dimitrov stressed that the new government is uncompromisingly oriented towards the realization of the necessary reformatory processes in a society and creating conditions for a responsible rule and independent institutions that would be working for the benefit of the needs of all the citizens of our country.

“Dimitrov stressed that the strengthening of the institutions, the rule of law, promoting the culture of dialogue and compromise will be the best arguments for the speedy Euro-Atlantic integration of the country. Within this context, they highlighted  the dedication and the efforts on part of the new government to accomplishment full membership of the Republic of Macedonia into NATO as fast as possibl i.e. speeding up the process of our country’s Euro-Atlantic integration” said the press release and it also said that the minister has indicated that the speeded membership of Macedonia into the Alliance will have an exceptional significance both for the security and the prosperity of the region as a whole.
