SKOPJE – The EU Commissioner fo Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn will be in Skopje for a two-day visit, starting on Monday.

On Monday, he is scheduled to meet with representatives of political parties and Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, after which he will give a short statement. So far, there is no information whether the EU Commissioner will meet with President Gjorge Ivanov.

The official program does not anticipate a meeting with representatives from civil society organizations, however, as they informed us, the possibility of having an informal meeting with them has not been excluded.

At the meetings, the main topics of discussion will be the implementation of the reform priorities and the implementation of the “3-6-9” plan.

The two-day visit will end with a press conference, to assess progress made and talks with political representatives.
