PRISTINA – After the vote by European Parliament that gave green light for Kosovo visa liberalization, the final decision will be made by the Council. That should not be expected before December, Minister of the European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha said on Friday, Gazeta Express reported. According to her, working groups of EP and Council are expected to resume soon.
