BERLIN – The European Parliament rapporteur for Serbia, David McAllister, on Wednesday welcomed the compromise on the opening of chapters 23 and 24 in Serbia’s EU accession talks.In the wake of tireless efforts by the Serbian negotiating team, the European Commission and several member states, I welcome that a compromise has been reached on a Draft Common Position and that the chapters will be opened as early as this month, McAllister told Tanjug.
